Warranty INAX Products

1. For porcelains and accessories:

a. Warranty:
"All products manufactured by INAX are warranted for free during the warranty period with all technical faults from the manufacturer, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase (or sales invoice)."
"The products must be installed and used in accordance
with the instructions in The technical installation manual."
The warranty period for each type of product:
Porcelain bowl body: 10 years
Porcelain accessory (toilet seat, water tank accessory): 01 year
Shower toilet: 01 year 01

b. Cases not covered by warranty:
"Damage or loss due to improper transportation, improper use, misuse, improper maintenance of the product; if the product has been disassembled and replaced with accessories or parts not manufactured by INAX, including damage caused by the agent, the salesman, installers, or any other person."
“Damage or loss due to friction that reduces the shine, scratching, staining due to long use, due to cleaning operations or due to improper water and environmental conditions.”
Perishable and frequently replaced parts such as rubber gaskets, racks.
"Damage and loss are not within the scope of liability stated or the
time of purchase exceeds the warranty period."
”Damage or loss not covered by INAX production.”
"Commercial buildings will be covered by a separate purchase
agreement under a contract."

2. For shower, faucets and other products:

a. Warranty:
"All products manufactured by INAX are warranted for free during the
warranty period with all technical faults from the manufacturer. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase (or sales invoice).".
"The products must be installed and used in accordance
with the specifications."
- The warranty period for each type of product:
Bathroom faucets, shower heads and exhaust valves: 02 years
Baths included accessories: 02 years 02 years
Accessory products: 02 years

b. Cases not covered by warranty:
"Products or parts of the product are damaged, scratched by shipping,
due to external forces, due to careless use, or improper installation. "
Use of hard cloth or abrasive material when cleaning cause wearing and scratches on product's surface.
" The use of products in the environment of alum, acid, high calcium content that affects the surface of plating.".
"Damage caused by improper installation, replacement of components
not manufactured by INAX, product is fake or imitated INAX. "

3. For water heater:

a. Warranty
"INAX Indirect hot water heater and direct water heater are warranted free of charge during the warranty period with all technical errors by the manufacturer. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase (determined by warranty card or sale invoice)."
The product must be installed and used in accordance with the specifications.
The warranty period for each type of product:
"Indirect water heater: Indirect hot water tank:
5 years warranty for water tank,
but not more than 7 years from the date of manufacture (note, for glazed pots with anti-scaling magnesia, customer must guarantee replacing the magnesium sticks regularly according to the time specified in the manual for warranty). 2 years warranty for control circuit and shell but not more than 3 years from manufacturing date."
" Direct water heater: Direct water heater: 2 year warranty for the product, but not more than 28 months from the date of manufacture."
The warranty period for the product is specified as above, whichever comes first.

b. Cases not covered under warranty
Damage caused by improper installation, alteration of product structure, removal, installation and adjustment or replacement of parts not manufactured by INAX. Not following the instructions provided.
Products or parts of the product are damaged, scratched by shipping, due to external causes or due to careless use.
"Do not use ground wire for products which can cause accident to the user, damage, fire, or improper operation of the product or parts of the product. "
"Use of products in environment contaminated with alum, containing acid to affect the product."
Where the series number on the product is erased or removed from the product. Products that are counterfeits or imitations INAX brand.
"Due to objective reasons: risk of fire, natural disaster, natural wear and tear, unsafe environment, products fell, dropped, insect infested."

4. For Cabinet Products (Cabinet, Kitchen cabinets:)

a. Warranty:
"Cabinets (Kitchen Cabinets, Kitchen Cabinets) INAX are warranted for free during the warranty period with all technical errors by the manufacturer. The warranty period is calculated from the date the customer purchases (Confirm by warranty card or purchase invoice)."
The product must be installed and used in accordance with the specifications.
- The warranty period for each type of product:
Potty: Pelvic: Warranty 1 year but not more than 18 months from the date of manufacture.
" Kitchen cabinet system: Kitchen cabinet system: Body and wing cabinet warranty 1 year
with the product but not more than 18 months from the date of manufacture. Accessories and options kitchen cabinets warranty 1 year."
- The warranty period for the product is specified as above, whichever comes first.

b. Cases not covered by warranty
"Products or parts of the product are damaged, scratched by shipping,
due to external forces or due to careless use or by customers that do not comply with the rules and instructions."
" Use abrasive cloth or abrasives when cleaning the surface of
abrasives or abrasive products."
Incorrect operation of the product or parts of the product
" Use of acid-based detergents, varnishes, corrosive solutions or letting these
products contact the surface of the product causing stains or peeling of the plating."
" Use products in direct contact with water, alum, acid, high calcium
content to affect the surface of the product."
Products and equipment are fake goods or imitation trademarks of INAX.
"Damage caused by improper installation, alteration of product structure,
removal, installation and adjustment or replacement of parts not manufactured by INAX." Due to objective reasons; risk of fire, natural disasters, floods, unsafe environments, products with which have fell or dropped causing deformation.
